Disclaimer: I wrote this entry two days ago and ended up posting it on Draft Mode. Haha.

This has been a rocky year for Filipinos but still stood up in all those trials. Yes, we're strong like that ya'll. LOL.

Hit's and Miss(es?):

This was my "travel" year. Not much, but I've been to a lot of places this year. CDO and Camiguin with College friends, Coron, Palawan with my Family. Random escapades with Jato annnddd of course, my soul searching in States. Phew.


Thesis was my worse enemy for my last year in school. A lot happened and I don't want to elaborate on it much.

2009 was the year I became LEGAL. 21. and because of that age, I was able to drink "legally" while I was in the States! Hahaha.

Divisoria Year! Haha. My cousin and I makes it a point that we go to DV once a month to buy...KALAT. LOL. But seriously, I accompany her so that i'll have my "walking" exercise kahit papano.

Another Koreanovela that I got addicted to: BOYS OVER FLOWERS. Iba tama nito sakin nung Summer!!! Haha.

I welcomed another sport which is Ultimate and kinda got hooked up on it, but after a league, err, hindi naman nag sawa, maybe it just doesn't want be to be playing it. Haha. At least I tried :)

A YEAR OF NOMNOMNOMS!!! In other's dictionaries: INUMAN/TOMA! Lol. Yes, aminado ako, I gained a lot because of alcohol! Damnit! Jato and I were talking the other day that when we were in HighSchool, we didn't weigh this much, but when college came, that's where we "got into" drinking and so our bodies became like these. Argh.

Of course, I spent two years of my life (YEHES, HAHA) being "stuck" (wattaterm) in a relationship. Akalain mo yun, ako, elise, tatagal ng ganon?! d ko rin naisip e. PERO YEY FOR THAT! :)

Shallow part: While browsing my 2009 albums, I just realized that this year was also my "bangs" year. Hahaha. I had it cut on January and now that is that last day of the year, I'm thinking of growing it ...but then again, me with out bangs looks fugly. Haha.

A lot may write entries on stuff that happened this year in Pinas (Ondoy, Mayon Volcano, Maguindanao Massacre, et al...) but the thing is, we have to look for the BRIGHT things that happened as well, masyado kasing negative most ng Pinoy kaya yan lang ang masasabi nilang nangyari sa kanilang "2009" pero sa totoo lang, mas mahigit pa ang nangyari sa bansa natin.

AnniversiDATE! :)

Jato and I spent our Second Anniversary yesterday. Ayy, two days ago pala. I lost track of the date! LOL!

As a couple, we don't really do the gift giving thing and spend thousands of bucks to please ourselves. So what we did was had a simple lunch in Seafood Island in Westgate (not that good though, their food are sooo salty. Haha), went to Republ1c (there's a story behind this, you'll read it later ... Hihihi) then to Town just to have White Hat.

Since we didn't plan anything at all, we just stayed at his place... Yun pala ..... HE PLANNED THIS DINNER THING IN THEIR LANAY. Nag paluto pa siya ng dinner sa sis-in-law niya. Hassle naman o, I was supposed to do the same thing, Steak dinner nga lang in our house, but it didn't push through coz I wasn't able to place the order of the steak! Hahaha. So we had dinner lang there and after that, headed to Ruins and bought DVD's. Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and Love Happens! Yey. I've been wanting to watch these movies since September! So when we got home, we just watched the DVD's that I bought :) Tinapos lang niya day namin at our house then he went home already. See? Simple diba?

Going back to Republ1c. I saw this reaaallly cute speakers for my iPod. I've been wanting to buy one but I haven't seen one that I like. But when we got in the store, I fell in love with those speakers instantly. Oh goshhh... He even told me that when he buys it in States, it's gona be way cheaper! But hello, I STILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR 5MONTHS BEFORE I GET THOSE SPEAKERS?! Haha.

So last night, when he picked me up (coz it was his barkada's Christmas Party/Inuman), he used this oh so crappy line. "Nawawala ata phone ko... pa check naman sa compartment" e malamang, nasa passenger's seat ako, kaharap ko ang glove compartment. When I opened it, there it was, THE SPEAKERS THAT I WANTED! Wahaha. Oo na, mababawa lang naman ako, speaker lang naman gusto ko e. Hahaha. Anggg cuteeee. BUT ITS PINK. DISLIKE. I want the Silver one. Hahaha, arte? Tarush :P Well, yun na yung highlight nung Republ1c thing. Hahaha.
